"Dr. Labaka is the best doctor I’ve ever had in my 68 years. Incredibly understanding and extremely thorough. Immediate follow ups. I hope I can keep him as my doctor for the rest of my life"
"I called for an appointment they had me come into the office to fill out their paper work in the office. After a week of them telling me they have to wait to call me until my records have been submitted. To check on my record to make sure they were sent, I had called both places that I was sending records from, both offices sent the records over that same day that they were requested. It still took the office a week to process my records. They called me and I spoke to there receptionist she had booked me for my appointment for January 30th. It is the day before and i didn’t get a call to remind me so i called them to check on my appointment and they have no appointment or record of me calling. This is my first baby so I have many questions as they told me they won’t see me any sooner the 13 weeks. This office has been so unhelpful and does not make you feel comfortable I feel like a number to them. They didn’t have my appointment but they said I can go to a different office that is way farther away. If you are going to have a you first baby do not go to this office or with this company, they will treat you like a number and not even put you in their system. I would 100% not recommend this office to anyone. Don’t go here!"
"Trinity has been so different over the past several years. It's difficult to get the kids in to be seen by their own Dr for sick visits. When you have children with a history of health issues it's so much easier to stick with the same doctor. Which you would find in most places, I think. What really made me want to switch offices so many times is that every single time I call Pedi, I have to wait for at least 30 mins for anyone to answer the call. Never fails. They say to use the portal to book appointments but I am unable to do so with sick visits and you cannot message a nurse thru their messaging system. At least I haven't figured out how to if you can. I think this would be extremely helpful if you could. The only reason I have stayed is because we found someone the kids like and feel comfortable with. The nurses who call back are heaven-sent! I am a single mother with no support system with children with health issues. When these nurses call me back and I hear a familiar voice it gives me a sense of relief because I feel like they know my kids and are there for me with medical advice for them. I've had my kids at Trinity since my oldest was born, who's 22 now. Dr. Sarro was great and I was really sad to see her retire since she had gotten to know my kids so well over the years. She always made me feel heard by listening to my concerns, which as a parent is huge! Since she left I had a hard time adjusting to their new doctor but my son saw Jessica Sweeney for a sick visit and we never felt more comfortable during a visit. My kids who are really shy and struggle with social anxiety, feel comfortable which is so hard to find. We always feel heard and our concerns are taken serious."
"I'm very disappointed. Your doctors and most doctors do not heal with medicine and common sense anymore. Dr. Ott who was my care giver for 15 years was the best. He passed away a few years ago now. Care has never been the same. I request my primary and can't get an appt. Haven't seen Dr. Cruz in years. Always a PA. I hope this will change soon. I need better care with my lung issues. Jim Brown"
"Let me tell you I will be changing my sons doctor and never returning again. My son has been in severe pain for over a week. I made my concerns. Was ignored over a holiday weekend and said he was fine. Took him there twice to be told he was fine and he’s get over it. After finally taken to urgent care he was looked at and finally taken serious and got what he needed. The nurses are extremely rude. As a concerned mom watching her 1 year old cry and is crying herself and being told they’re fine because the doctor wouldn’t take the time to even listen to you! NEVER SGAIN! Unless you want you’re concerns ignored go right ahead"
