Optum Urgent Care - Yorktown

"I did the online appointment for 11:03 and as of 12:30 I have yet to get into see the doctor. They make the appointments and ask you to be on time even though they make you wait in a waiting room with sick people!! Totally disrespectful to the needs of others! Then I approached the desk to see where I am on the list and she says your next! Ha! The joke is on you! They then tell me that they picked up the wrong 2 charts so I will not be next. Excuses they made and the fact that my needs do not matter makes me want to scream!! DO NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT COME HERE OR YOU WILL DIE WAITING!"

"I had a positive experience. The wait time was no more than any other doctors had . The services were performed effectively. My intake was quick. I did not wait long for the doctor. I had a definitive diagnosis and the doctor was professional, and patient. I left at the end of my visit with satisfaction."

"Every single time I have to go there, I have nothing but the BEST care. Yes, you do have to get there early to be seen quickly--but they go as fast as they can. The doctors, the nurses, the reception have all been top notch and thorough. I really have been impressed with the way they treat and care for their patients."

"The place is nice but it's called Urgent Care for a reason. It takes almost an hour to see someone. When you go to the back you can see there is enough room to see more than 1 or 2 people at a time. The people are nice."

"My appt took 6 moths - i had register online , they turned me away because my insurance was premier ppo. They state they only take Medicaid . The nurse was rude .It is a HIPPA Violation for the nurse to discuss my medications in the hallway while other patients are walking around and staring !!!!"
