"Recently discharged from hospital with heart issues. Called Alliance as directed to renew heart meds. Told a nurse would call me back to confirm. No call, so I called next day and I’m told they cannot renew the medication and need my specialist to call it in. By the time I got off the phone, my cardiologist was closed. Alliance never confirmed as promised."
"So I had my children's Nana take them to the doctors for their physicals today and was less then satisfied with the customer service. My Dr nurse was not the most inviting with her words. She made me feel patronized and very low. I have never been so frustrated."
"Rheumatology clinic Nurse Kathy she used to work aside of Dr Podell(Great Doctor) has a bad attitude and one of the ladies I will get her name rather scold me the patient for not going to appointments for a long time counting the months over phone in such a condescending tune. Healthcare providers need an empathy class and to learn to gain a better understanding and respect for depressed and grieving patients. You should never ASSume someone is fine without knowing. Grief is so hard can't even get out of bed. Yet nurse and front desk rather scold me than ask if I'm ok. Need to make sure these health care professionals are professional. Very Uncomfortable"
"I give it two stars. They never pick up the phone. You can never get to a receptionist. Then when you wait on the phone, there is no music for about ten minutes long worth of waiting, and then, alms of a sudden you hear, not a song, but this annoying little short piece of ditty, over and over and over and over again, until you have no other choice but to hang up on them! Shame on them! I am seriously considering switching to a new primary care physician."
"it is absolutely INSANE that you can't make an appointment because "the systems down". You can't write things down in an orderly fashion? Or create a shard excel file for the medical group server? HOW IS THERE NO BACK UP PLAN TO THIS?!?! You got people who are sick and need to be seen! I assume if you "can't make appointments" you all should NOT get paid when you sit there all next week with empty exam rooms. RIDICULOUS! We're leaving ALL Waterbury medical groups, including Middlebury Alliance. This is now the second Alliance Medical group that we've tried... THEY ALL SUCK! Get some more people to answer your phones in a timely manner to tell everyone "you cant make appointments" because I stayed on "hold" for 20 minutes for someone to tell me "I can't make an appointment". RIDICULOUS!"
