"Dr Malik and his team of PAs and other medical providers are great. The three stars are for them . The front desk staff is incredibly rude and get no stars. I’ve worked in the medical field for 9 years or so and the way they speak is unacceptable. If they did that anywhere else they’d get fired. Honestly it’s laughable the lack of people skills they have at the front desk. If you’re that miserable get another job. Since covid, the medical field is booming…the demand is high. Don’t take it out on patients that don’t feel good or are in pain."

"In response to the previous review from Donna Filamechi, Unfortunately, this is a fake review from an employee that was recently terminated from Bridgeport Family Medicine for her extremely unprofessional behavior and attitude towards our patients. As you can see by her lengthy review, this is not a patient as how would a patient know each employee by name, ethnicity and race and language they speak. We strive on the keeping our patients happy as well as healthy. Our office is clean and filled with dedicated, hard working employees including the physicians who are always kind, caring and exceptionally welcoming. Thank you to our patients that keep coming back and for your referrals :) we appreciate you!"

"They are only getting one star because unfortunately I have to post a star in order to leave a review. If you’re thinking about coming to this office RUN THE OTHER WAY RUN FOR THE HILLS!!!! Let me start off by saying this place is infested with roaches while I waited hours in the front to only be taken into a room to wait another hour or two before anyone even came in the room is ridiculous and while I waited with my mom a huge roach that was carrying eggs tried to crawl into her bag and it gets worse. The front desk is horrible the lady Kat has the most nastiest attitude I’ve ever witnessed she is very rude and every time you try and get through to them on the phone your on hold for an hour and than they just hang up on you and will spam your calls. I always bring my mother here and time after time again I have to deal with her being extremely rude and to top it off she isn’t even knowledgeable about her job not to mention it’s been a few times I waited for hours and people were being seen before us that arrived an hour after we did so how is it that they are being seen before my mother ? Come to find out the smart mouthed ladies forgot yet again to check us in like how does this happen when we stop at the front desk and check in and how many times does this have to happen before they can get it right every single time we come in for an appointment the same thing happens yet again not to mention her and the Portuguese girl are not even licensed to work in the medical field and I only know this because one you can tell and two instead of them doing their job they were sitting at the front desk discussing how neither of them have ever been to medical school or even taken a medical receptionist/ assistant class and this was the first office they have ever worked at, GO FIGURE then to top it off I go try and speak to the manager about the issues that I’m having and she goes I cannot deal with you at the moment I am already dealing with a lot with an attitude some manager she is the staff here is horrible we will never be returning here ever again or at least until he hires new staff and gets an exterminator and as for all the people I recommend here they are having the same issues you would think they would treat their patients with some type of respect especially since we pay out of pocket for each visit then I receive text messages and calls from someone in India saying I owe money how when I pay out of pocket for each visit if we don’t pay we cannot get seen they are a complete scam and if I get sent to collections after the fact that I paid I will be suing this establishment Dr Malik is a good Dr but the fact that his staff are horrible makes this place look bad not to mention you have to wait months for a freaking referral when we were told it would take a few days and someone will be reaching out to you if you hold your breath you would be dead gone by the time you receive a call and that’s if you ever receive a call from them this has been the most ghetto Dr’s office I have ever been to and the fact that they are training a million people at once is great yeah more physicians that don’t know what the heck their doing just great"

"Dr. Malik is a very friendly doctor and the front desk staff have always been very kind and accommodating! They’re always able to see me on the same day and are just so convenient with their flexible hours/schedule."

"Dr. Malik has been a pleasure to have as my PCP for the past 2 years. Very attentive, and knowledgeable, spends the time to explain things thoroughly and his office is up to date with my care. I also like that this clinic allows walk ins for urgent visits. Very Efficient!"
