"I’m pregnant with my second child and was looking for a better experience with this birth. I heard about hypnobirthing from a friend and quickly found Liz’s course online. From the very beginning she was kind, patient, responsive and thorough. I sent a request for info and heard back from her within that same half hour. We got on the phone later that week and chatted about what I was looking for and what the course and program entailed. I have a 20 month old so coordination seemed like it would be difficult but Liz made it so easy by being so accommodating. She offers group and private classes. I opted for the private class and I’m so glad I did. She continued to be thorough, open minded and supportive the whole way through. We met for 3 zoom sessions, but she was always available via phone/text/email anytime I reached out. I now feel very excited for this birth and owe a lot of that to Liz! I can’t recommend her enough."

"Liz was fantastic! I had heard of hypnobirthing and decided it was time to give it a try for baby number 3. I was 33 weeks pregnant when I contacted Liz, and she was super responsive and flexible, so I was able to complete all the classes in just two weeks. Now I am able to practice the techniques and enter the final stages of this pregnancy knowing that I have the tools to have a calm and peaceful birth. I learned so much in this class, and really enjoyed my time with Liz.
