"Went back home with more pains after a massage which was supposed to be relaxing!!"
"Massage therapist talked the entire time - with her hands nonetheless! So as she was nonstop talking, she was barely massaging me because her hands kept coming off me. I tried to be quiet at first as an indication I didn't want to converse, but she didn't get the point. I left knowing how much she paid for her home, her taxes, her cable bill...not only would she not stop speaking, I couldn't get a word in edge wise. She was even talking politics! I get a lot of massages, and this was more of a body rub than a professional massage. I don't know if it's because she was more focused on talking or if she lacked proper training, but it was very disappointing. The front desk staff told me, before I made the appointment, that she had done plenty of prenatal massages before and they had a special pregnancy table, yet I had to explain how to safely position me and they didn't have the proper pillows or equipment. This is a physical therapist office with a tiny room right next to the gym, so it was loud as you could hear everything, including the tv, in the PT area through the door and walls of the tiny massage room. The lights were left on in the massage room the entire time as well. Massage was more like 40 minutes, not 60 (I was taken in a few minutes late, we changed rooms, she stopped a few times to walk around the table to look at me while she spoke, and she ended early). I arrived early for the appointment and she didn't have a client right after me, so there is absolutely no excuse for this. When I asked for change so I could leave a tip (which I honestly shouldn't have even done) the front desk staff told me they had no change and I could leave a check, so I ended up leaving more than I wanted to because I felt bad leaving a check. When I got home, I still had to ask my husband to massage me as she didn't even touch my feet, legs or arms and I was in more pain by the time I got home than before I went in. I'm actually up now in the middle of the night because I'm in pain, pain in areas that wasn't present prior to this nightmare massage. I left 2 stars instead of 1 because I feel slightly responsible for not outright asking her for silence and to dim the lights, but that seemed rude and I had just worked a long day and I didn't have the energy to be combative while lying nearly naked on a table with a stranger's hands on me. Not to mention, who goes to a massage to chat? Literally no one. Overall it was not a relaxing or physically relieving experience. I will not be returning nor do I recommend wasting your money trying this place out. I typically don't leave bad reviews and am far from a serial bad reviewer (look for yourself), so please trust this is accurate and I'm not one of those annoying online review critics."
"I really felt the massage n medical staff were very nice n helpful, but if u can get past the office manager at front desk good luck!! She was very rude and short while I was trying to make a payment, she kept correcting me n telling me "NO", like I was beneath her. I felt so upset after I left, I called back n she actually laughed at me and proceeded to tell me how she asked the other patients sitting in waiting area if I had an attutude? So she not only is unprofessional she breaks all forms of HIPA guidelines. Clearly, I wouldn't recommend going. The office manager laughed when I stated" I would not be coming back" and said "that's fine with her.""
"They took a month to get in first of all. Then when the day of my appointment they told me I had to reschedule last minute because the therapist went home early. The woman Brenda tells me to come in Tuesday and when I show up Tuesday I don't have an appointment. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional and disorganized office. There is no communication clearly and no one knows what they're doing. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone."
"Very professional and willing to please. Has helped my neck and back problem. I would highly recommend going for an evaluation and at the very least giving them a try. They are a very clean and high tech facility with a personal, friendly touch."
