"Disappointed how slow to get results back, given paid $200 and private specialized company. Attendant said no earlier than next day, there was no one else there. Understand they guide a longer window to accommodate for busy periods, and didn't need it an hour for the $300. We had test for my son 7am yesterday and still no result. We got result quicker in height of omicron surge. Unfortunately not worth the extra cost, Greenwich Hospital gives results in less than 24 hours for PCR, go there instead. We won't return"
"Everpoint has the best customer service I have ever experienced. During this omicron surge, they were VERY responsive via email (as stated in their website) and even took the time to fill out additional travel forms requested by my country of destination. PCR tests (especially now) are part of the reason traveling during the pandemic has become stressful and unenjoyable. Everpoint definitely resolved that issue. A huge thank you to the Everpoint team :)"
"A friend referred me to Everpoint and the process and experience was amazing. It had been a nightmare trying to get a PCR test during this recent surge, but found them and was able to get an appointment the next day (vs over a week for any place that would even respond or answer the phone). They answered several questions through email and were more than helpful. I can only imagine the grief they are getting from frustrated people, but everyone I interacted was friendly and pleasant. They were even smiling on-site, which I definitely wasn’t expecting after seeing other testing sites. Thanks for all of the help and hopefully the world returns to normal soon enough!"
"I recently made an appointment to get tested at one of Everpoint's drive through sites and I waas thoroughly impressed. The testing facility was the safest one I have been to yet, the medical professionals who administered the test were very kind and accommodating, and I was very impressed that I received my results within one business day over a holiday weekend. I would absolutely go back and refer people to Everpoint. Thank you!"
"Great COVID testing and amazing customer service! We have gone to Everpoint and to a competitor in the past month. When booking an appointment, Everpoint's booking webpage makes it clear that a PCR test is best and that rapid testing is primarily for people with symptoms as the rapid test is prone to giving false positive results. If you don't have symptoms and you want a rapid test anyway, then if you do get a positive result they will follow up with a real PCR test to make sure the rapid test was accurate (a positive result for somebody with no symptoms can be wrong 20 to 70% of the time, per the FDA.) At Everpoint, you drive up and they will do the swab through your car window. If you have questions, you can call or email Morgan and she will answer them all in great detail. This was all very different than our experience at at another clinic on the other side of town, where 1) the website said nothing about the rapid test being primarily for people with symptoms (as the disclaimer sheet showed after we took the test); 2) we had to go into an exam room for 15 minutes and wait, with little ventilation, for the nurse to come in; 3) And when the test result came back positive, they told us the test "could technically produce a false positive but we have never seen it happen". You will get much better service and better counseling at Everpoint so we highly recommend going to Everpoint or to Greenwich Hospital if you can get a convenient time slot there. And by the way, in our case, the rapid test we took at the competitor was false positive as verified by two PCR tests elsewhere, so it would have been much better had we just gone to Everpoint in the first place! Thanks for your great service Morgan!"
