"Zero stars! This place wants people to leave this planet before its their time. Unbelievable at this point. Ive been coming here for a few years now and the doctor knows I have asthma. Ive been prescribed my inhaler so many times and when Im really sick and need it, Im told I have to be seen bc its been a while. Umm my asthma didnt go away people. Then they want to tell me theres no appointments available for about a month. So you rather have me catch an asthma attack instead of prescribing the same inhaler you’ve been giving me for years? Make this make sense. I still have asthma and dont have insurance to go to the hospital. This is non sense. Dont depend on these people if you want to live! You should close down. This place is a joke. Now Im going to get a response from someone saying how truly sorry they are and then have them do nothing about it. This place needs to shut down!"

"I walked in without an appt and yet I wasn't turned away. I waited probably 15 min before I was called in and then I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Platcha who was very knowledgeable and professional. He was thorough and took so much time really trying to assist my needs as best as possible. Even when the room was needed and he had other patients to attend to he didnt leave me. I am very grateful for him and the staff. I left feeling confident and happy that I was well taken care of."
