"I tried to see Dr. Lisa Violi. I came to my appointment on time. I was waiting for 50 minutes and Dr. Lisa Violi still didn’t invite me. No one told me that she is late. Ladies in the reception desk didn’t even tell sorry, they only told me that the doctor is with a patient. Like it’s normal that I’m waiting for 50 minutes. Than I I had to go home because I couldn’t wait more, I have a little baby, I’m breastfeeding mother. Furthermore when I booked an appointment I booked also pelvis ultrasound. And only when I came to the clinic reception ladies told me that for the ultrasound I should book an appointment on another day because they don’t do dr appointment and ultrasound in the same day, this is there policy. So I just lose my time and couldn’t get an appointment with Dr. Lisa Violi."
