"This is just another huge corporate machine. The wait time is absurd they are only concerned with billing!Goto a local independent and be treated like you matter. There was 15 people in each waiting room both lobby and back waiting area. I walked out could not waste anymore time waiting . Oh by the way if they could fit anymore articles about themselves on the wall I would be shocked focus on patients not money. The New Haven office is even more ridiculous come in have the techs do all work never see a doctor and then they schedule a zoom visit with a doctor who has not looked at your chart until you are on a zoom call."
