"If you're looking to get great care for your kids, this is NOT the. After almost 6 years we've seen practically every provider in the practice . They just Shuffle you around . They've messed up one too many times with misdiagnosing and don't even get me started on their billing. They try to bill for things that absolutely should be covered with insurance, and then refuse to take it off your account and send it to collections. After 6 years, we have had it and we are leaving Prohealth all together, including myself and my husband. It's impossible to get a human on the phone. And when you eventually do, they are almost always unpleasant. My child recently had a very scary illness, and there was never an answering service that picked up at night. I called 5 times over 2 hours. Nothing. Not answer. I eventually had to bring him to ccmc. When we eventually got an appointment and got in later that week, they did not practice standard of care, and we were given wrong information that affected my son's health. It's very disheartening and scary. I even had a nurse get on the phone and tell me that we were "overreacting parents and putting our son through unnecessary testing" and that he probably just had strep throat, even though I told her the test was negative. She had never even seen him. And guess what? She was wrong, and he didn't have strep. It was something more severe. We've given them many chances over many years. We always have to see a different doctor, you are just a number, and it seems that they are just in it for the money. Even the waiting room is not geared towards children at all. Save yourself some heartache and look elsewhere."
"Been a patient there for 8 months now and extremely disappointed. Nearly impossible to get a hold of someone and when you do, you're treated like just another one on the assembly line. If you have a sick child you spend hours trying to get through and IF you do, you're looking at 3-24 hours for a call back from someone that can actually help."
"Had and appt schedule and all of sudden no Covid vaccines and not even a Courtesy phone call to reschedule. Pro Health offices are going down hill. The service sucks and you can barely get an appointment with your provider. They schedule you to other offices that still can’t accommodate you. I would not recommend pro health nice providers and staff however the scheduling is ridiculous."
"DRs and nurses here are awesome. Always a pleasant and thorough experience with them which is why I keep taking my daughter there. If I didnt like taking her to Dr Tutolo so much as well as the other DRs and nurses she has seen for the occasional illness I would not go here. The office staff is beyond horrible... they are rude and just seem like they have no idea what they are doing. I've stood there for almost 10 minutes (no one in front of me) until the girl looked up from her cell phone to ask if I as checking in. The phone system is awful as well, but I assume that's because the office staff are the ones running the phones. I hope for the sake of the wonderful nurses and DRs that they do some better hiring for office personnel here."
"The doctors and nurses here are great and the only reason I've continued to go - the office staff...a whole different miserable story. Over the past year I've updated my address at least 3times now and bills still going to my old address. When we had to call for entry I waited for 8min on the phone just to get in the door. I also have had to rangel my two toddlers while the women at the desk kept harassing me about insurance info - in which my insurance has not changed AND I have to ask - why is the insurance info more important than the patient??? The doctors and nurses may care about your kids health, but the women behind the desk only care about that pension and in a world where I have to work and pay for everything the least they could do is provide customer service to back up the quality care the physicians strive for."
