"If you don't mind waiting 45 minutes or more in the waiting room and another 45 minutes or more in the exam room for EACH visit, then this practice is for you. I waited 45 minutes in the waiting room. My appointment was for 3:30. I finally got into an exam room at 4:45. I sat there in a surgical gown waiting for Dr. Rodgers. At 5:30 I got up, dressed and walked out into the waiting room only to find the whole place dark!!!! The staff had closed up shop, and gone home! Dr. Rodgers was in another exam room gabbing happily with a patient. As I was walking into my apartment, my phone was ringing. It was Dr. Rodgers calling to apologize! I went back to him and asked his assistant Donna what was up with the wait every time I had an appointment. Her response was, "Well, if you're not happy with it, you can always find another doctor." SERIOUSLY???? I will NEVER EVER go back there again."
