"Tested positive for Covid. Called first thing Wednesday morning to ask for an antiviral scrip. The call center operator said they would let Dr. Aquilino's nurse know. No response from the MD or the nurse. I won't go to Holyoke Hospital emergency room for fear of poor treatment. Poor management in place. I am compromised.Too bad I can't leave zero stars. Absolutely disgusting. They will tell me they tried to contact me but they are full of $#@%."

"Ok google this is about to get VERY detailed... things started out great. 2 weeks in I get hit with a yeast infection they refuse to properly test. Then I get a refusal of a signature on DNR MOLST form (illegal) 3 times. That's not all. Dr Viswanathan refuses to refer me to palliative care and asks for signatures from my specialist or for a three year patient dr relationship. Also illegal. I should never listened to my frienand went elsewhere."

"DR. LESSER IS THE BEST DOCTOR. I .EVER HAD,( thats saying alot bc, I've been to ALOT of doctors-) Had him for over 8 years... then he went on vacation, they INSISTED i take a buccal swab, i had never done it bf and neither did the lady that gave it to me....none of my regular meds were on it, in fact medicine im allergic to did...they threw me off of the program KNOWING that the swab wasnt mine...would not let me retake a urine test ...just threw me off, AFTER 8 YEARS OF NEVER MISSING A COUNT OR URINE TEST....NOT DR.LESSERS FAULT...VERY DISAPPOINTED, I NEED THE MEDICINE TO LIVE, BUT APPARENTLY NOT THEIR PROBLEM....."
