"Absolutely unacceptable service. I had made a reservation through my insurance company. After dropping off my vehicle at a shop, I Ubered over to the Enterprise branch in Vernon to pick up a RESERVED rental car. However, upon arrival, a courteous lady informed me that my insurance booked the reservation at another location in Enfield. Consequently, I had to arrange yet another Uber ride to reach that location. Unfortunately, my experience took a downturn there. Not only were they unable to assist, but their demeanor was far from pleasant. They had no car available, and, instead of making an effort to resolve the situation (remeber, I had a reservation, that was placed a week ago) and treat me as a valued customer, the branch manager, Parth Patel, simply told me to return in THREE days. He showed no inclination to explore other available locations and dismissed any notion of discussing the matter with me, citing that it was not within his purview. I am left wondering, who addresses customers in such a manner, particularly when holding a managerial role? Equally perplexing is the purpose of making a reservation if it yields no assurance. If the manager fails to comprehend that "reserved" implies setting something aside for a specific purpose and is consequently unable to handle inventory, then what is the rationale behind such management? Furthermore, if you hold the position of a branch manager, isn't it your responsibility to ensure that individuals conducting business with you do not leave feeling frustrated? He could have easily contacted a different branch to inquire about available cars, or even offered to call if a reservation was canceled. Yet, he chose to do nothing. He exhibited a complete lack of concern for even a moment. When management conducts themselves in this manner, I can only speculate about the treatment customers receive when interacting with lower-level staff. I am utterly astounded by the extent of disrespect and the apparent disregard for a customer who made a reservation in advance and provided all additional information online to prevent any delays on their part. In all my years, I have never encountered such a profound lack of respect. This entire ordeal has left me utterly appalled"
