Enterprise Rent-A-Car

"Had a rental from here when my car was in an accident. The car was fine, a representative met me at the repair shop which was nice. He handed me an iPad and said sign this agreement but when I asked questions he just said I got you. Got in the car and the gas light was on, filled it up and went on my way. Car ran fine and returned it the repair shop which was very convenient. Left the car with between a half and a quarter of a tank of gas and was returned to my car. After a week of not receiving my deposit back I finally received a message that it would be deposited today. My deposit was returned, but not full amount (only shorted $8 and change but not the point), I reached out repeatedly with no explanation. Finally, after five days they have nerve to tell me the money shorted from my deposit was for not filling the gas tank. Complete lie. Just tell me you made an error but please don’t lie. Will never trust Enterprise again."

"It was a hassle the employee in the front is really kind of uncomfortable and they didn't give us any information of what we needed we left three times to try to rent and now still we needed more they now want 2 utility bills with a zero balance to show credit??? How do you get a bill with a zero balance listed on the bill. There is no way. You inquire charges every day.... And said we can't rent because we need two bills with zero balance. I called again when we left to ask questions and the girl gave me an attitude and didn't want to give me information so that was a major disappointment she wouldn't even give me information and treated me like I was nothing but a bother definitely not worth the stress to come to this location."

"I had a wonderful experience with enterprise in Bristol. Every single person I encountered was amazing and super kind and courteous. Gordon or Jordan with a G was amazing and went above and beyond to ensure I had a car I was comfortable in. I will definitely return for all my rental needs."

"I made reservation here for Friday morning Sept 15 and when I got there to get the rental my drivers license was coming up in the system as Do Not Rent to. They would not tell me all the information as to way it was coming up like that. Seth the assistant Branch Manager gave me a number to call so I could get more information. I got an automated system and no help. When I got back from my trip after doing my own research I got the correct number to call and was told the branch manager could have override the mistake. The mistake was information for a someone in different state had the same drivers license number as me and all the manager had to do was call enterprise hold to confirm my information."

"The rental itself was great. There weren’t enough people staffed when I picked it up though, so I waited over half an hour to be helped. I was told someone would call me after I dropped the car off to go over everything, but the only communication I’ve had since dropping off the rental is this request for a review, a month later. This isn’t the first time this enterprise has set incorrect expectations for me either. They need to do better."
