"Kim from Naturally Beau isn't only a medical professional but an artist. Her studio is neat and very clean no hair on the floor or nail dust floating in the air as with some other venues. She takes lots of time to answer your questions and to perform your service. She is a perfectionist which is a great thing when she is tattooing on your FACE!! She includes in the original price a follow up in 6 weeks to check on your look and to add any pigment that may not have taken. I returned today to have my brows done and a refresh of my eyeliner that was originally done approx 2 years ago. I loved the liner so much i wanted it thicker! If you are considering permanent makeup Kim is the artist for you."

"This is a terrible studio and Kim is the worst human being I’ve ever had services done by!! I visited her shop for eyebrow tattooing and was more than disappointed with her presence and service. When I asked questions, she shut me down and began to whisper stuff under her breath along the lines of me not knowing anything. She began putting wax on my eyebrow after ignoring my questions and was not very gentle. The wax was entirely too hot, it burned my skin. When she finished with the waxing, and I looked at them for the first time, I was so upset by what I saw! She made no attempts to try and fix my eyebrows after telling her I hated them. I ended up leaving after PAYING for a service I didn’t even get (eyebrow tattooing) and contacted her the next day for a refund because I was so upset the day of. No answer and I’ve been waiting weeks. She’s left me no choice but to leave this review. Extremely unprofessional and a horrible experience. I do NOT recommend this service from this studio ever."
