"After years of being a loyal customer, I'm sad to say I'll never be back. On my last visit, two older ladies working in the store essentially humiliated me because they didn't know how to fix their MSR machine which was having trouble reading my card. Rather than acknowledge the fact that it was a system-wide error (which is exactly what the face on the machine said) they chose to be short, rude, and unprofessional by insinuating in front of the entire store that it must be my card or that I didn't have any money and that they take cash. Every time I tried to defend myself or bring up the error message, they cut me off and spoke to each other about me as though I wasn't even there. My friend who was with me ended up putting back all of her things and they commented: "look, now she's putting away her things like this is our fault." Very uncomfortable experience, especially in a location that should be serene..."
