"Honestly I almost never give bad reviews...I called the place wanted to make an appointment to get a nose piercing...all you get is automated msg that they don't do appointments by phone, it's first come first serve or ypu go and make an appointment in person....and they are open every day until like 7pm...so twice I went, both times piercer is not there, the girl that works there can't call him,she can just text him...so he just leaves in the middle of the day and you don't know when is he coming back...she told us the best time to come is between 1 and 3 pm so the fact that they are open all day means nothing....went to Karma (upstairs) after that and I had the best experience ever! So skip the generation X, not worth it"

"DO NOT COME HERE! I went in for a jewlery change but the person at the front desk charged me for a new piercing without checking if the hole had closed or not. When it came time for the piercing the piercer was extremely rude. He was using a nose ring I had brought because this is my third time coming back to get my nose pierced! He refused to give me a new nose ring to take home or give me a refund for the jewlery I had paid for, but would not be receiving. All of my previous piercings done here specifically, did not heal and had to be taken out after a year or more. He also made uncomfortable remarks to my friend getting her belly pierced he said he would purposely give her a bar that's too small and when she said it would hurt because it would get infected easier he said " I hope it does hurt you." Also,if you are getting any cartilage piercings go elsewhere , they will pierce them with the gun!"

"The staff there are horrible. They will legit make eye contact with you and still ignore you. Then will rudely ask “what do you need” as if you are bothering them. I took my business elsewhere due to the horrible customer service experience."

"It’s a nice place did two of my piercings here. My nose and rook and nose healed great still healing my rook but placement was great and fast. The person who pierced my ear was a lady btw. (If that helps anyone)"
