"Two of us went in as walk in customers. The employees were so very kind to us. The one who went first ended up feeling sick and almost passing out. Everyone was so wonderful. They kept checking on him . They fed him and gave him juices to drink. They kept him safe and comfortable. He was unable to finish his tattoo. The artist was so great with him. I had mine done and it came out perfectly. Due to the almost passing out, our time ran late, but everyone stayed a little over hours for us. Thank you for being so wonderful for us!"

"I made an appointment for my first tattoo because I was referenced this place. I live a hour and a half away from the place and I was stuck in traffic. I contacted my artist letting her know I would be late and I was 30 minutes late but when I got there my artist was no where to be found. The people there didnt even acknowledge me coming in and there was no were to sit. It was an uncomfortable situation just sitting there . My artist had me waiting for a whole hour. I ended up contacting her letting her know I was canceling because I had been sitting there for a hour already and she never even responded. The experience was so bad and the place was so dirty and it looked unsanitary. I can 100% say I will never be returning here."

"Honestly this place seemed great but they are not very friendly or attentive to customers. I was sitting there for over an hour waiting for my tattoo artist. My tattoo artist also pushed back my appointment by 3 hours. Yes it was my choice to wait but I live an hour and half away and I wasn’t leaving without a tattoo. The inside of the place is also kind of dirty and there is barley any additional seating. Also the “tattoo chair” was also just a folding plastic chair that’s wasn’t cleaned or wrapped or protected. The seat was very uncomfortable and just unrealistic for a tattoo. The tattoo itself was amazing at first but after I peeled off the protective skin, the ink from the tattoo literally ripped off. I was not offered any first time care or after care and was not told how to properly take care of it, besides just keeping it moisturized. The experience was a -10/10 I honestly would never come back here for any reason at all. You’re Better off going to another place with better customer service and friendliness! This place is a dump!"
