"I had my septum pierced in December of 2022. Corey made the experience so easy, calm, and comfortable. Not only are they extremely informative and knowledgeable, but also approachable and kind. Everyone in the shop is this way for that matter. I was so pleased with my first experience here, that when my Mom expressed interest in getting her earlobes pierced again, we made an appointment at Burning Hearts to see Corey. And again to no surprise, the experience was lovely. Corey made sure to help us work within our budget and was super helpful with jewelry choice. "Found this place on a whim and could not have been more lucky. I got my nose pierced here yesterday and I’m still thinking about how great the whole process was. The thing that stands out above all is the seriousness in which they take their cleanliness. I’ve been to several tattoo shops in the state and this place blows them all out of the water. I work in health care and am so impressed by Carlos’ knowledge of the sterilization process and the clinical yet welcoming feel of the parlor as a whole. Carlos was amazing from start to finish; he made me feel calm and his expertise shone through his work. I didn’t feel like a client he was just trying to get in and out- he took his time explaining every step including aftercare, answering all my questions, and assuring me anyone at the shop could help me should I have any concerns in the weeks to come.
