"Went for a tattoo with my friend and was really excited when we were greeted by kind people with great attitudes. I loved the environment and felt comfortable at all times which was great because it was my first tattoo. The only complaint is I wanted a specific tattoo done a specific way, showed the artist a picture and she created a stencil. Being this was my first tattoo, I was nervous and wanted it to come out perfect. Anyways she placed the stencil on my skin and I even had my friend take a picture so I could see what the tattoo would look like. I approved of what I was shown and then once I was done, I realized she had free-handed most of the tattoo. Luckily it wasn’t too off and didn’t look terrible, but it just wasn’t what I was told I would be getting. I wish she would have at least told me if there was an issue with the way the end result would turn out or if she didn’t feel comfortable doing something but she didn’t say a thing and just went on with the tattoo. Other than that, both me and my friend experienced fading within a month of getting the tattoo. We were told it wouldn’t look as dark as from when we first got it but it faded A TON. I just wish I had a better experience with them because the people were so nice. Below I have pictures of the stencil (what I was expecting), the result, and how it looks now (taken 2 months after)."

"DONT GO, SAVE YOURSELF ! I had went with a friend for both of us to get work done (MY FRIENDS WAS A HACK-JOB AS WELL). Saw some work thought it was good but Lena DESTROYED my tattoo. The lines in the lettering are squiggly and it doesn't look like what it's supposed to be whatsoever. I asked for a different color and she didn't do what I asked. I said I DIDNT want certain words in the tattoo and she put them in. VERY disappointed. Going to get a cover-up. I refuse to let people see it. It's an embarrassment!!!!"
