"Matthew did my first tattoo for me here about 2 years ago and was wonderful. He did an amazing job and was very comforting as it was a nerve wracking experience for me - no one mocked me or made fun of me for being nervous about my first time under the needle. He let me put on music and overall made the experience great for me. I asked him why this place gets such a bad rap and he said that things changed about 3 years ago with employee turnover. I had a great experience and would recommend him to anyone. I had no problems at all with my tattoo and the shop was clean and equipment sterilized."
