Ruth's Chris Steak House

"Ruth's Chris is absolutely my favorite steakhouse. There is nothing like having that Ribeye come out on the sizzling platter, swimming in butter. That being said, I'm not in a position to enjoy that every time I eat out. Luckily, there is Ruth's Chris happy hour. The entrees , beer, wine, and cocktails are so reasonably priced at happy hour. Why go to a diner when you can come here for about the same price? I did have to take off a star for service on this trip. My wife's meal came out way before mine. There was a mix-up entering the order. At least three people apologized, and when we got the check the manager had comped my meal. That's the way to make things right. I'm definitely coming back."

"This was my first time visiting this establishment with my family for Thanksgiving Dinner. One of us got something off the curated Thanksgiving dinner which was a T Bone steak, he said it was decent. The Thanksgiving dinner was very small I just say. Service was very nice especially for such a busy night. Our waitress did forget to bring us our dessert for a bit and she did apologize for that, but that was a bit annoying having our coffees way before our actual dessert came. The dessert was also quite small, even the non curated dessert. They had a chocolate molten cake and it was SO SMALL I was shocked. My pumpkin cheesecake was decent, I felt the flavor was a bit fake and overwhelming but maybe others would like it. Overall my family had good service and food, now would I come back? Not too sure. I'm conflicted."

"It is easy to leave a 5 star review when things go smoothly but harder when things don't go right. With no one really at fault we had some "issues." It was the staff's ability to pivot that impressed me. Kim is an amazing Manager. Kind and helpful. She has the respect of her staff so she was able to right the ship effectively and quickly. I cannot say enough about her. WHEN you go there, ask for a table that MATT is working. The epitome of a great server. Oh yeah, the food was insane. At the end of the day, we had a great meal and a wonderful experience. What you would expect from a steakhouse and certainly from a Ruth's Chris. Enjoy."

"Well in my opinion just a below average steakhouse that just is brand new. When we walked in, we were greeted warmly by the hostess and were given a large table for 2 people. However, after this my experience was pretty negative. For starters, the drinks came out after the appetizers which is pretty ridiculous considering I only order 1 drink and a lemonade. Plus, you guys charged us 10$ for TWO LEMONADES which is absolutely absurd and my drink was almost 36$ for a pour that is 50$ for the entire bottle. The appetizer, Fried Calamari wasn't too bad the sauce was pretty good and the calamari tasted how it should of. When my steaks came out, the steaks were cooked correct, and the meat was fine so that's at least some points for this place. Now one thing that was really disappointing was your dessert menu, you only had 4 items on that menu which is absolutely ridiculous for a world class steakhouse. You guys have millions if not billions of dollars, so why don't you expand your menu a bit, you can make a lot more money by doing that. However, the biggest disappoint was the service since our server was very slow when we asked for things and he took about 15 minutes to get us our check, plus we saw him bring out the drinks for nearby tables after their appetizers as well. Definitely not worth 300$ for 2 people since i've gotten a better experience in other restaurants for almost half the price, and this place its 10 miles away from where I live so I won't be returning to this location anytime soon. What a shame what Ruth Chris, a once luxurious steakhouse has become, you guys used to be one of the best in the business but now your only a second rate steakhouse who charges exorbitant prices for your stuff, what a true shame!!!"

"Sunday evening and I needed a good steak! I had the classic shrimp cocktail and the ice cold beer was an excellent start! I chose the filet which was cooked to perfection ! Baked potato and salad ! An excellent meal and Maddi my waitress was great! Very attentive!"
