"The price quote was good for a fix at the charging port but when I got there the guy refused to work on it because he said that it was good and that I needed to replace the cable. I’ve already gone through several cables over the last few months because the charging port can no longer grab the cable and hold it in place but the guy wouldn’t understand that and still kept offering to replace the cable. I didn’t want the short term solution I needed to the long term solution"

"Went to this location after my daughters iPhone suddenly stopped taking a charge. Very little wait to have phone looked at, I thought it maybe the power adapter went bad. Nope, the gentleman took out his tools and dig out all kinds of debris, through it into a charging port, and all good. No games, no selling me something we didn’t need, no taking the phone in the back etc. Honest, no charge fix for a phone I later found out was dropped in some yard debris"
