"We just signed with this company and the current oil price for delivered oil been announced by the sales rep as 10c less than we were billed in reality. So, we were billed for the highest possible price as per our annual agreement instead. Even if we ordered immediate delivery for 300+ gallons. The phone conversation with the sales department did not change anything. Scam!!! Beware!!!"

"They have always been great anytime I needed the help the techs try to go above what was expected. When my boiler needed the part that wasn't covered they doubled checked with an additional service call to make sure nothing else could cause the issue before ordering the part. The only part they aren't great about is paying attention to the note on my account the boiler is in the crawl space which requires two techs, I remind them every time and when a tech arrives they need to wait for a second. Aside from that really happy with their service."

"This review is for the annual home Furnace/AC maintenance contract you can sign up for. I have found it to be incredibly valuable. We had 2 issues within the span of a few weeks (completely unrelated to each other) with our air conditioning at our house. We had the same technician (Shakane) come out both times, and he was incredibly helpful at diagnosing, explaining and fixing the issues. One of the issues was more obvious, but the other was more nuanced and complicated. I was pleasantly surprised when he was able to solve an issue that would normally have likely required also getting an electrician!"

"I got a petro contract this year. They guaranteed to me that I would get my boiler serviced within the month. I took the day off of work to wait for the technician and they called 5 minutes before the scheduled appointment to say they couldn't make it that day because they were short staffed. The next available date was 5 weeks away. Took that date and stayed home again, this time the guy showed up only to leave a note on my door saying I wasn't home when he showed up...I was sitting 15 feet away from the door with 2 dogs...no one heard him knock. I found the sign on my door and called within 20 minutes of the time posted on the paper...they said he was too far to come back now. Next available date is 2 months away now. I do not recommend. They are scam artists. Also, it takes 20 minutes to get anyone on the phone when you call and they charge the highest possible price for the oil on their auto delivery system. Somehow I seem to be going through oil two times faster than I did with my previous company when I would call them to fill up when needed. It really seems like they are just running the meter on the oil without filling up."
