"Used Don's for many years to maintain my heating system. Never a problem and always was happy with the service. Till I needed to have heat added to my home. Now all of a sudden it's like the company no longer exists. Called at least 10 times over the past 6 months and have heard nothing back from them. Tried to have my furnace serviced and can't get a call returned. If you are looking for a company that will ignore their long-time customers with no explanation then Don's is definitely the right guys for you. Very disappointing."
