"September 1st, my two friends and I went here and the chef was talkative and appropriate, at first. Minutes later I was on FaceTime, my other friends were also distracted, and I by chance looked up to see him in the corner opening his camera on his iPhone to then click record and put it in his front pocket facing us. I was the only one to notice, I immediately grabbed my friends and said goodbye and he walked around the counter as we left. He is on the heavier side. He also speaks Spanish. He has multiple tattoos, two specific being a feather tattoo and one that he explained said "Scorpio" in either Chinese or Japanese."
