"Took my son 2 ipads yea they had broken screens but were in decent shape no dents and worked perfect they were also in great cases, we took it here and they honestly dropped it out the case . The gentleman acted like nothing happened how i know was because my son kept complaining about his button not working. When i looked at it noticed the button was inside the screen. I took it back he said he applied some heat and managed to slide it in the slot also mentioned the frame was dented . Now every time we use it it glitches and when you press the button you can see the inside.. i am so upset because these things arent cheap not is useless and he didnt own up to it . I did admit the frame was dented and not straight IT WAS HIM THE IPAD WORKED PERFECTLY EVEN WITH A CRACK SCREEN DONT GO THERE SPENT 200 bucks to fix it to be worse than it was…. I am so annoyed *** DONT USE THEM THEY WILL RUIN YOUR DEVICE . THIS WAS THE CASE IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN IN sheilaQuesada"

"I needed my battery replaced in samsung galaxy s7. I wanted samsung brand battery and was willing to pay the extra. I dropped the phone off and came back in 20 minutes. The phone was done but the back cover looked like it had been ripped off and the battery didn't hold a charge any better then the previous battery had. I called back after 3 days to request they reorder and specified I wanted samsung brand new (not refurbished) battery. After waiting for battery to come in. I went back to store. This time I asked to see the battery they were going to put in my phone and stayed to watch the repairs. When he opened the phone and removed the battery he previously sold me as an original Samsung battery I saw that it was an off brand name battery. Also after watching him replace the battery I saw he did not reseal the phone to keep it waterproof. For the price I paid and gas back and forth I would have been better off buying a kit and doing it myself. I'm still not sure the battery isn't refurbished. The repair guy didn't know what a refurbished versus new battery was."

"Replaced screen August 6th now 2 weeks later screen won’t light up. There is no physical damage to the screen. The owner will not cover under the 90 day warranty. Went to the other companies throughout the mall that replaces screens on the suggestion of cell phone world. The other companies stated that this screen is not cracked. Please don’t go to this place to repair your broken screen if anything goes wrong you will be out another 100.00"
