"My interactions with the doctors and staff at this practice has been extraordinary. The office itself gives off a welcoming vibe and everyone is very welcoming, kind, personable and truly care about their patients. Jeiry, Kirsten, and Nicole show true compassion and are the type of people that just make your day and leave you feeling positive. Dr. Graham-Brown is awesome. Going into this practice, I had treatment-resistant depression, for which I had tried a myriad of treatment combinations and had seen many different psychiatrists. In the end, these practitioners were not a good fit, and focused on limited treatment options, unable to think outside-the-box so to speak. Dr. Graham-Brown explores many different options, considers each patients' individual needs, and genuinely cares about her patients' lives and well-being. She introduced me to TMS, (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation), as a treatment option, which is available in the office, and worked hard to get it covered by my insurance. This therapy was life-changing for me. The TMS technician, Kirsten, made sure I was comfortable and relaxed, had extensive knowledge, and an infectious personality, which I believe enhanced my experience and contributed to my positive outcome. The other TMS technician, Nicole, was also amazing and kind, has background in multiple areas of unique treatment options, and wonderfully connects with her patients. At the end of the treatment I felt better than ever, and the effects have been long lasting. I recommend this treatment to anyone for whom it is offered. It is a time commitment that is well worth it and Kirsten really tries to work around the patients' schedule. Although my interactions with Dr. Johari has been limited, one can tell right off the bat that he also genuinely cares about his patients; He is personable, and takes the time to make sure the patients' needs are met. Also, when I have needed prescriptions sent, they have been attending to quickly. The office has a system where the patient can review their prescriptions via a text message link, helping to keep them in the loop that they were sent and what they were. There is also a patient portal that is tremendously helpful. Lastly, the office coordinator, Jeiry, immediately makes you feel welcome, works hard to answer any questions, big and small, and to adjust appointments, work with insurance companies, and makes sure, even when I have brought forms in last minute, that they are promptly addressed. She is quick to address prescription needs, and creates a positive atmosphere in the office as a whole. Just my interactions with her alone has made my experience positive, and always leaves a smile on my face. My appreciation for everyone at this office is immeasurable and I would highly recommend this practice to anyone needing their services."
