Not to mention their home office is around the corner from our home. Promised to get me the quote in a week, nothing came. I called him back and again he promised end of week. He just dropped the ball its been 3 - 4 weeks and I can't even get someone to pick up the phone. Unfortunately I have to go elsewhere as the mold is growing.
