"A god send. Absolutely the most amazing psychiatrist and empathetic, compassionate person. If you are accustomed to the world of medication, insurance, etc you will disregard the low reviews- as someone who has needed and still needs specific medications that insurance will not cover and the pharmacy makes a big deal about refilling, this is just the name of the game and you have to make some calls to make sure they fill it. Dr. Gelinas ALWAYS gives me savings cards for this type of situation. I have known the staff in the office for MANY years and they are like a family. They do absolutely everything they can to help you. I would not dream of seeing another doctor."

"I've been a patient for many yeas and have had numerous issues with the staff regarding appointments and most recently prescription refills. I called to get my last refill before my appointment and the staff refused to fill it. Said I needed to move my appointment up before it could be filled. I double checked with my pharmacy and I had only filled 2 of the 3 refills so far. They denied me my mediation and I was put on speaker phone in the office while trying to explain to the receptionist that I had another refill left and I was not going to move my appointment. She was very unprofessional, I heard her talking in the background while I was explaining. Told me se would leave a message with the doctor and I asked if he could call me back same day, she said no, he has appointments. Extremely unprofessional. I am now out of medication due to their lack of competence. I will be looking for a new office immediately."
