We made and appointment and the problem was fixed quickly (We thought). Turns out there was a secondary leak in the base of the toilet as well, so I did have to call them to come back and fix that as well. "I called Fossati plumbing because of a need to change a shower cartridge. They responded within 90 min, were professional, competent, and had the replacement cartridge on the truck. For me this was the most valuable asset because we did not have to wait for the part and the shower was back to functioning within minutes. As for price, I feel the charges were high but do not base that on any cost comparisons."
