"Absolutely the worst doctor I ever had! I Had her as my main pediatrician for years up to the age of 18. She downplayed and dismissed anything I said to her! Told my mother I was just a kid growing up… I had to leave and get properly diagnosed else where. Now she’s doing it to my siblings and we are taking them out before she does any more damage on their mental health."

"The worst experience I’ve ever had been asking for my daughter CPX and transferred records to another office since may went to the office 2 times 2nd time I filled out a transfer form to be transferred out they lost the form and wanted me to pay for a disk, I didn’t ask for the DR told me that’s not her Problem she does not handle that and turned way to her computer when I handed the transfer form to her last time smh this lack of professionalism and attitude of not caring is no place ppl should bring their children not to mention she’s never open worst place ever !!!!!!"

"Poor record keeping and are trying to charge me 150 dollars to try and fax my health records to my new doctor, very unprofessional. One lady at the front desk offered to fax some of my medical records to my new doctor at no charge or the option to get a 15 dollar CD with all of my records. I got the CD and ended up finding out my new doctor didn’t accept CDs so I tried to go back and get at least some of my records faxed, and that’s when a new lady at the front desk tried to charge me 150 to fax my medical records over."

"I've been taking my son since he was a baby. He is now 10 years old going on 11. Ive never had a problem with dr.libia matik, she has treated my son for asthma and regular common colds always, as well as physicals etc. I have always find her a little serious but that's okay with me as long as she treats my sons health right I'm happy with her work. My son this year had the flu and an infection. I took him to the hospital the doctor told me to go home that my son was good and gave me nothing for his symptoms. As a worried mother whose child had a fever again in the morning call dr.libia matik. She gave me an appointment right away and found out what he had. Gave me medication aswell as a letter for school, so Greatful I called her. I am a happy mother he always gets the right attention and for that I am very Thankful."

"I have never had such an unpleasant unprofessional experience with a medical practitioner who is supposed to be held to a higher regard. Its very unfortunate someone who has a medical code of ethics and pediatric practice supposedly to help children can sit back and not take time to help families in need is a challenging yet evident contradiction. From the lack of emotion transcribe the medical practitioner isn't passionate or compassionate and the staff aren't even serious majority of the time don't even know what is going on. Its also interesting dealing with individuals in a place where just because you don't look like them they assume you cant understand when they don't speak to you in English not realizing there are more multi lingual persons than themselves. All and all I've spent more time arguing about why the medical practitioner cant do something than actually having issues resolved which now is affecting my child. I wouldn't suggest bringing your children here unless you want to deal with a lot of run around and manipulation due to the judgmental manner and seemingly evident prejudices that exist among someone who took a oath to perform her lawful duties up to the highest standard. Anyone who doesn't do that cannot call themselves a Dr."
