"Great, timely, clean, and friendly staff. Dr Godfrey is amazing! She is thorough, takes the time to explain and give us information. She’s very understanding and never makes you feel doubtful about parenting. We’ve seen other peds that our judgmental and dismissive— Dr Godfrey is the complete opposite. A breathe of fresh air and sigh of relief every time we see her."

"If you care about your child, run from this unethical medical "business". It's all about the $$$ and turnover here - no honest concern for the health of your child. Many other decent doctors in the area to choose from. Listen to the warnings amongst these reviews. They are accurate."

"I used to take my children. Oh my! Couldnt rate lower enough. Incompetence and unprofessionalism to the max. Daughter had major allergies and had eczema all over her face and body…. ”Doc W” would not believe it was food related. Like, huh?! She disregarded ALL food triggers. Didnt even bring up with me during baby well visits and would dismiss my concerns about food triggers.. Very uncaring about baby. Turned out, my daughter IS anaphylactic to all treenuts, nuts, even dairy/yogurt. We learned the hard way thru experiencing her anaphylaxis multiple times. Then my son was born. As a baby he cried alot with injections. We could not get him to sit still on my lap. Same “Doc W” said S h * t and was so annoyed. Seriously? So appalled and disgusted. While the nurses and staff were so awesome, we werenso disgusted by the Doctor’s treatment of my kids’ wellbeing and health. Anyway, we left asap and moved to Chester Pedia. The care and concern and professionalism! Love Chester!!"

"Please do yourself a favor and never bring your children to this office. Used to be an amazing, professional atmosphere but now it is nothing short of a disorganized clinic.Dont waste your time even expressing concerns to staff that cant even begin to understand the meaning of healthcare. Doctors are okay, support staff horrific. MA did a LED test on my baby (finger stick), she had no idea how to do it and spent 10 minutes squeezing blood out of my baby’s finger while she screamed the entire time. Also exam rooms are filthy. Honestly it’s very sad because this office was great once upon a time. Save yourself the headache."

"First I’d like to say the Doctors are amazing. Very knowledge and are great at answering all questions and concerns you may have. The administration however is extremely unprofessional, incompetent and lacks empathy. For a pediatric office you would think the people running the office would do a better job at handling the concerns of the parent when doing something as simple as returning a phone call (that was left for the office manager and biller) both of which are incompetent and have no idea what they’re doing. Run! Don’t waste your time at this practice. The office is disorganized and unprofessional and just not a place you’d want to bring your children if you ( like every parent) want nothing but the best care for your child. It’s truly sad because again the doctors are wonderful. Sadly staff is not up to par with what a pediatric office environment should be."
