"Extremely rude over the phone. I called because I thought I had an appointment for my son here and I wanted to see if they had received his records, from the start she began to interrupt me and argue with me and I was trying to stay calm because I just wanted my son to be seen. At the end luckily I realized I called the wrong clinic anyway but I cannot imagine taking my son here I can tell by her tone how discriminatory she was being because of the insurance I mentioned. I would never want to go to this clinic even if needed. I think as receptionist you should be able to listen before jumping in and interrupting and using such a rude and mean tone with patients."

"Doctor on call never calls back if your kid is sick. Front desk is very rude. Since Dr Korval and Dr Cass retired, the office is degenerating. If you decide to leave the office they will take forever to give you your kid's medical record."

"Whatever the reason for our visit (annual check-up, sick, vaccine), the kids love going to the clinic and got excited about it. It feels very homey. We like everyone there from the administrative staff (especially Marla and Nicole), nurses, nurse practitioners to the doctors. Everyone is professional, caring and most importantly knowledgeable. Always respond to messages, great at follow up and a doctor is always available after hours and during weekend and will call you back. One doctor had a special place in our heart and she is Dr Cass- she is the girls pediatrician and the first doctor we saw and who was recommended to us five years ago. She is a great doctor for the body and the mind, an amazing communicator and listener, and an awesome person. I totally recommend this clinic."

"It gives me great comfort to return to Greenwich Pediatric Associates with my own child, having been a patient myself throughout my childhood. The values of the practice remain above and beyond. The doctors are professional, knowledgeable and thorough, as well as extremely caring. They are attentive to the needs of the patient and parent, listening and explaining all conditions clearly. The office staff are wonderful; both courteous and organized. As a parent and patient, you can feel confident that you've had the best care able to be provided!"

"We are new to the area and my daughter visited twice for sick visits. When I called again to schedule time, the front desk person told me that “we don’t want you as a patient if you have another pediatrician”. Wow! She was hostile and told me the others who spoke with me weren’t knowledgeable so gave me the wrong information. I liked the two doctors we saw and they seemed accessible. But, if the front desk is so poor, we won’t return. We had the same thing at the dentist in Old Greenwich. Very rude and mean. How can you run an office when you treat people this way? I gave two stars for the doctors. The phone call today was unreal. How can you stay in business when you treat people this way?"
