"I like location, doctors here. But there are two things that bother me. First, waiting time. Last time I had to wait 35 min. It’s unacceptable and disrespectful to the patients. Second, they still insist on wearing masks. It is ok, I don’t mind, it’s their choice. But if you forget to bring your mask, they will charge you 1$ for each mask. I don’t think it’s a sign of good customer relationships."

"I live in Greenwich, but I drive to the New Canaan office because the staff there is better than any I have found anywhere else. The ladies in this office are the reason my children participate in camps and schools. I can't count the number of same day health forms requests I've brought to them in a panic. It is never an inconvenience or so they say. The staff at this office is perfe try professional, pleasant, polite and 100 percent there to please the clients. They are stupendous!"

"I am so happy that Riverside Pediatrics opened up their 2nd location in New Canaan! My 3 kids have been seeing Dr. Beckman for many years now and I feel that they have received the absolute best care. Dr Beckman really takes her time with each of my children and allows plenty of time to discuss any questions or concerns. The office is impeccably clean and the staff incredibly friendly. They have always been able to accommodate us for last minute sick visits and prompt telemedicine apts. My kids absolutely LOVE Dr. Beckman, they always comment on how kind and genuine she is with them. All 3 kids actually look forward to seeing her even if they do need to get a shot or two lol. I trust Dr. Beckman 100%, I only wish I found her when my kids were newborns :)"

"We see Dr. Rosenberg and Dr. Mones - they’re both amazing! I have been with the practice for 5 years, and love how caring and thorough the drs and nurses are. Whenever my kids are sick, I can call and have them seen by a doctor on same day. I also have used the on-call service multiple times in the middle of the night, and always get a call back within 15 minutes. Highly recommend!!"

"I have been taking my children to Riverside Pediatrics for 3 years now. Recently had an appointment at the New Canaan location and loved it! The space is beautiful! Parking was accessible and the location was very easy to find. The doctors are so great and always willing to answer all of your questions. I even had my 6 month old's ears pierced here and it was comforting knowing a doctor was piercing her ears. They do it all!"
