"My family has been attending this practice for over 15 years. Dr Malik & Dr Brutus are over the moon wonderful but the staff at the front desk, not so much. Cons: front desk staff Pros: clean environment, COVID precautious, same day appointments, the arrival wait time is quick, friendly/caring medical staff UPDATE: I received a phone call about this review. I hope going forward there is change. Will update on our next visit. 12.01.21"

"I love this office! My kids were recently in for physicals and I will tell you… The service is always more than I’m expecting. They do there due diligence with the patient care part as well as their briefing and making sure that we are fully aware of what is going on with our children. They make it easy on the kids by making them feel welcomed, safe, and even involved in their own care by talking with them and asking them questions about their lifestyles as well. I never feel rushed out of there or leave with any unanswered questions. My oldest needed labs; we got them done same day and heard promptly from the office only a couple days later. Though there are a lot of new faces everyone seems very knowledgeable of their work and familiar with each of our kiddos files. As an added bonus, everyone is so friendly and supportive to our family needs. Thank you, East Lyme Pediatrics, for your exceptional care."
