"Dr. Willis used to be my sons pediatrician by default since our favorite pedi left the office. Luckily we found and followed them but not after a ton of pushback and childlike withholding of medical information. Which I have been told by multiple people that they also dealt with while trying to switch practices. I could go on for an hour about the issues I had with Dr. Willis in the very short time we were seeing him but all I will say is that when my son was in the middle of a mental health crisis Dr. Willis diagnosed him with 3 different things and then dropped off the face of the earth. He offered no support, he was supposed to work with my sons school counselor and they couldn't even get ahold of him. My son was having Crisis called at school and Dr. Willis completely abandoned him. He TEXTED me (which I've never heard of a doctor doing, and we had never texted before) which I thought was extremely unprofessional saying he would call me that weekend and after that nobody could get ahold of him. If it sounds strange that's because it is. If it doesn't make sense that's because it doesn't. Not only that but when we finally gave up on him and tried to leave, the office gave us the HARDEST time. They said my kids records were in a storage unit and they would get them when they could. They took 31 days (knowing that by law they had 30) and it sure seems like it was on purpose especially after hearing of other people having the same exact situation. Stay away from this guy and his office."

"My family has been with Dr Willis over 20 years two children 23 & 15 completely different in every aspect ;) and we have NEVER had a complaint always had proper care with compassion and concern. I always appreciated how he explained to us exactly what was happening so we fully understood altogether .WOULD I RECOMMEND???? ABSOLUTELY!!!! I respect this Dr"

"Dr. Willis is the absolute best pediatrician in the area. He has the best bedside manner and is so compassionate. He always has my daughter’s best interest in mind, and he puts her at ease going to doctor’s appointments. I can’t say enough wonderful things about him. The office staff is excellent as well!"

"I have been going there for many years , first I will start with the front end receptions she’s the best ! Very happy and friendly always willing to go the extra mile! The office manager head medical assistant is always friendly and very knowledgeable, everyone is great! Now let’s talk about dr Robert Willis : he is very old school when it comes to sitting down talking so calmly and getting to the route of why your there with your little ones he knows his stuff also upgrading all to electronic records and we all know that is challenges enough ! But most of all his love for the kids is incredible!"
