"In the initial appoint Dr. Keder portrays a compassionate provider wanting to help your child succeed. He’ll tell you to email him if there’s any questions or concerns. He will however never respond to your emails. I tried getting a f/u appointment in aug and was told I couldn’t get my son in until may. He needed to be on adhd meds and I spent a year trying to get him the help he needed to succeed. I called left messages and emailed him that my child was moving in a neg direction and we really needed an appointment. Finally I took him to another doctor who saw all I was going through and knew we needed to act quickly to help him. We started a med trial and he is thriving in school. He is in second grade and is actually reading and able to focus and his so proud of himself. No thanks to Dr. Keder who ignored my sons cry for help. As already a patient with what did he call it the invisible wheel chair you would think he would make room in his schedule to see him and help him. I advocate for my son and had I waited until almost the end of the school year he would be heading into third grade and another year behind. I am never one to leave a negative review but I would not entrust my child with a provider who doesn’t follow through with what he says. So glad I didn’t wait and went elsewhere to help my son."

"We had three appointments with Dr. Keder. Over 30 minutes late to every one without notice unless I called the office repeatedly. Never completed an assessment or evaluation with my daughter. Gave the same ‘scripted’ parenting advice at every appointment. Never completed assessments or evaluations despite my concerns. He fails to tailor his consultation to the knowledge and experience of the parent. I felt unheard and dismissed. His last report he referred to my daughter’s behaviors of concern as ‘annoying’."
