"I have been seeing Dr Dodson for over 3 years and I am very satisfied. I can always get the care I need either from her or the 2 physician assistants. From my first appointment, I never waited more than 10 minutes before seeing the doctor, each staff member I have encountered (either on the phone through email or in the office) are professional, attentive and patient -surprisingly so because I am not the easiest person to deal with at times... Prescriptions are quickly refilled and my numerous emails attentively answered. I highly appreciate and recommend Dr Dodson and Cheshire Family Practice over similar groups (including other Pro Health practices in the area. A word of warning about extraneous billing charges of corporate Prohealth (not Dr Dodson's office) : despite ALWAYS paying my copays in full each time, I always would be billed a sum of $15 from corporate 6-12 months the service date or blood work. I initially just paid the bills which were always sent by mail. When I had several hospital stays and multiple doctor bills, I examined each charge against my insurance statements. I never could correlate these "$15" charges from corporate Prohealth!! My insurance plan told me to request an itemized bill from the billing office. That office insisted the charges were accurate and sent their "outstanding balance" to their collection agency. I complained to Medicare (and my Medicare advantage plan} who provided instructions for me to formally challenge the collection agency and request an itemized bill of these extraneous copays. I never received any itemized bills from Prohealth or further collection letters or copay bills!!! Caveat Emptor or buyer beware - even for small amounts - it adfs up."
