"When I first took my son here I really thought Dr. K was finally the right neurologist for him. Appointment by appointment I started seeing small things that really bothered me but I didn’t do anything because my son liked her . Then Covid started my son adhd/behaviors at school were getting worse , yes she was flexible would see him “virtually,” etc etc. Over 2 years later still no in person visits just virtual ? Seriously? Never any convient appointments available, won’t even talk to you without seeing my son for a second on the video call just so she can charge for the visit , well I had enough! Requested medical record be sent to his new neurologist response was “have them request it “ then I just decided to request it for myself. Response is “ be patient , there’s a charge for it, and I let you know what your account balance is, “this has been Going on for almost 2 weeks, . I finally just asked for his EEG to be emailed to me so I can bring to his new neurologist appointment that morning and OF COURSE no response!! So yeah my personal experience with this office was horrible! 1 star.."

"My son has been a patient there for 10 years. He missed 2 appointments back in 2017 and another one in 2019. I plead my case for the reason of this missed appointment and apologized. It’s been 2 years since a missed appointment. Yet it was explained to me by Camilla that the dr refuses to let my son stay in the practice. I have recommended many people over the years including my own nephew. Not a way to treat a long standing patient who has generally a strong track record for keeping appointments."

"My son was first seen and was diagnosed with acid reflex (not by Dr. Kleiman) after a sleep study. As a mother I thought that was crazy this is more than that. I wasn't even called with the results the APRN just prescribed him medication and then the pharmacy called me to pick up the medication. I had to ask the pharmacy what the medication was for. I called my insurance company to inform them how unhappy and worried I was and they were the ones who recommended Dr Kleiman and I can tell you, Dr. Kleiman is a wonder woman. She worked fast, extremely professional and reached out to her piers and finally my son was diagnosed with frontal lobe epilepsy. I am blessed to have her on my side. My son have been seeing her for approximately 4-5 months now and with the medication she prescribed he is doing fine BUT she watches him like a hawk. She will tell you to call her anytime at all. When she was going out of town she said "call my cell if you think anything is wrong". She is extremely involved in her practice and I appreciate her even more for that. She is always on time when we go for our visit and always have a smile for us. Thank you for saving my son Dr. Kleiman."

"We have been so happy with Dr. Kleiman's office! Her office staff is very friendly and helpful; we were able to get an appointment for my daughter the same week. As a parent, I am so appreciative of the fact that Dr. Kleiman is a good LISTENER. Her exams of my daughter have been VERY comprehensive and I love the fact that she takes into account MY concerns and works with us. This is a breath of fresh air! After reading the previous negative reviews, I almost did not call to schedule my appointment, but am so thankful that I did. I wanted to write a positive review to help any other parents' looking for a good neurologist in the area."
