"In 2003, my husband and I were searching for a pediatrician. Our friends recommended Dr. Jeannette Chinchilla because they had such a good experience with her. She has been the pediatrician to both of my boys (2003 & 2009). She is caring, kind, and a thoroughly skilled physician. Our son is now twenty years old and refuses to change his primary care provider (Dr. Chinchilla). She is an excellent doctor. In 2013, I was just recovering from colon cancer. She was very supportive to my family and I. I have recommended her to friends and family. The staff, Guiselle and Adam are wonderful. Every time one of my boys were sick I would call and immediately would get an appointment to be seen. Every year I would ask for camp, medication forms and physical forms to be emailed or faxed, and Adam or Guiselle would always without hesitation send me the necessary documents. Dr. Chinchilla has even come in on weekends to see my son/her patient when he was ill. All through the pandemic they followed CDC guidelines/protocol. As Dr. Chinchilla and her staff needed to stay healthy to continue to provide care for her patients. Telehealth visits were very helpful during the pandemic. They kept everyone as safe as they could and continue to provide stellar medical service."

"Dr. Chinchilla has seen my daughter as a patient since birth (9 years). She is thorough, very intelligent, transparent and honest. Her staff has always been accommodating and has stayed after hours or come in on the weekend to make sure that my daughter can be seen when she is ill. Furthermore, Dr. Chinchilla was my pediatrician when I was a child into adulthood. When I had a serious skin infection and went to local dermatologists and specialists, Doctor Chinchilla was the only provider who was able to determine that I had MRSA. She went above any beyond. Wether it be something serious like treating my Lyme disease, guiding me in the right direction for behavioral health services, sick visits for strep or ear infections or ever yearly checkup visits, my family ONLY trusts Doctor Chinchilla! "Dr. Chinchilla has been my doctor to my now 32 year son from a toddler to 18 yrs old. She is also my pediatrician to my 16 and 17 y/o daughter's and has been since birth. Dr. Chinchilla and her staff are amazing. I never have a problem getting a same day appointment when my girls need to be seen, prescription refills are always called in on time. We are seen in a timely matter and her office is very clean. My girls love Dr. Chinchilla and feel extremely comfortable with her. She has helped me with my younger daughters learning disabilities struggles and guided me along the way in getting the appropriate services in place for her. I couldn't ask for a better Dr. I would and have recommended her to my friends and family. "If i can give them 0 i'll , all the team not professional, the worst services you can get. Every time i go for appointment i have to wait 15 min outside not in the office when i complain why i have to wait outside they told me go and set in your car with a baby 4 months and a autistic child that she can't wait even for 2 minutes, when i went inside the doctor insisted to take my autistic child out with her grandma which is cause it to her a meltdown because she can't stay without me. It was a horrible experience please if anyone knows any department Where i can post a complain about them please help me. Please don't take your kids over there"

"Dr. Chinchilla is very thorough and knowledgeable. She does not rush out of the room like other dr's we have seen. She really spends time with the patient and asks a lot of questions so that she can find the best solution. She also gives super helpful advice in regards to toddler behavior. If you call in for medical advice during off hours, she is great at returning the call quickly. We love her!"
