"This practice doesn’t even deserve the 1 star. They have HORRIBLE communication (even the staff have agreed with me on that) Most of the front desk staff are extremely rude and do not schedule appointments properly. Very long wait times (was there for an hour for ONE vaccine that wasn’t “in stock” for my sons regular visit and we had to go back) I’ve never been able to get my son an appointment for a sick visit in the 4 years he’s been going there - I’m always told to bring him to an urgent care instead. My son saw Dr. Cue from birth - 4 and we NEVER had a good visit with her. I finally requested to switch providers after his last physical with her because she aggressively grabbed him and yelled at him! I was completely shocked. Her nurses are also very rude and rough when giving vaccines. We switched to Dr. Tilinghast and he has been nothing but amazing with my newborn so far and his nurses are great. However, we will be finding a new office since the bad outweighs the good at this point. If you’re looking for a pediatrician - BEWARE OF THIS OFFICE."

I was about to leave until she came aboard. .FRONT DESK RUDE, schedule department is EVEN WORSE. .ON CALL NURSES TAKE OVER 4 HOURS TO CALL YOU BACK IF THEY EVER DO .NURSES WHO GIVE THE VACCINES VARLEY SPEAK ENGLISH AND ARE ROUGH"

"I will say in the past my experience with the front desk has not always been great. They have been known to be very robotic and pretty rude in the past to myself and family members. But I have noticed a very positive shift in the right direction. The providers have ALWAYS been exceptional though. The office is always very well kept as well. And they do the best they can to get you in quickly"

"Stay away!!!!!! Rude and unprofessional front desk staff. I removed my child early from school to get to an appointment at 3:20. I was stuck in traffic, and I called to let them know that I was going to be a few minutes late. I got there and they still canceled my child appointment. My daughter was so excited for her appointment and end up leaving the hospital very disappointment. The front desk staffs did not care about the situation and no one tried to help. After 7 year with them, I have never thought they will treat me that way. I will take my business somewhere else."
