"My kids have been coming here for years. The doctors they've seen are Dr. Whittaker and Dr. Lawrence. Both of whom I've really liked. What I DON'T like is the group they belong too. Pro Health Physicians. They are awful!! Their billing is terrible. The amount of problems I've had with their billing dept is unbelievable. I have very good insurance too. Also when you call for an appointment you're talking to some operator not the office. Sometimes they'll transfer you to the office if they don't have anything available for you. I think this is ridiculous. The calls should go directly to the office not an operator. My kids are 18 and soon to be 18 and will now be going to another doctor. I've had no issues with the doctors here that we've seen. Just the group they belong too."

"This practice is terrible. Everytime you need a sick visit they never have any availability. I also sat on hold for with the scheduling desk for 30 minutes waiting to see if they have a sick appointment, only to be told that I need to talk someone at the front desk because they had no appointment times. The person at the front desk answered the phone and then promptly hung up before I even had the chance to say anything. I've had issues with then in past and even spoken to the office manager. It's clear that they do not care about the health of the children that go here."

"Every time I’ve called to try and make an emergency appointment they never have anything. The rep named Heather told me to bring my child to West Hartford. Now what if I don’t have a car. My children’s primary dr is Dr. W why do you try and give me other drs that do know my children and won’t prescribe anything for their colds. Then we still end up having to return by the end of the week because they are sicker and now they can get meds. Don’t waste your time here now I’m making a complaint to the insurance company"
