"Please please do not go to the Car Service Center if you do not have to, and go to 500 Halstead! Let me explain why. I have been going to my car manufacturer's service center because it was easy and convenient. I always came away feeling like I was overcharged and pressured into new repairs. After my most recent experience at the service center, the estimated bill for "needed services" did not feel right. So, I decided to get a second opinion from 500. Sue was so nice when I called and she got Benny on the phone after I explained my situation. I shared with Benny what the service center said the car needed, and he said it didn't sound right. He told me to bring the car in for a free estimate, and I am so glad I took him up on his offer. Benny serviced the car on the same day and charged me less than half of what the car dealership quoted. Benny also told me that I didn't need everything they told me I needed. How many times have you come away feeling great about any type of car buying/servicing experience? From my experience, not many at all. I have finally found a place that is honest, trustworthy and completes work on a timely basis. I love this place! Thank you!"
