"If you are looking to have your child’s ear pierced Please go somewhere else! Trusted the doctor to do this quick procedure for my 9 month old. She pierced her ear twice. Insisted on using numbing cream. Pierced her the second time in an area that the cream wasn’t even applied and still did not mark the area prior to. Eyeballed it and got it wrong TWICE. Then recommend that I take my child to get the ear pierced again the next day for the third time without giving it a chance to heal. I ended up taking the ring out and my poor daughter had to endure that. Do not trust them to perform this procedure until the staff is fully trained on the protocol if at all. I should have gotten up and left after waiting 45 min for a 15 min appointment."

"Dr. Ziogas is a knowledgeable, competent doctor however the office is poorly run. We finally switched practices after being there for 3 years. It was better when this practice had two physicians but now it is only Dr. Ziogas and she seems to have more patients than she can handle. It was nearly impossible to get a same day sick visit and we were regularly sent to the ER instead if being seen by her. For physicals scheduled 6 months in advance we routinely had to wait about 90 minutes just to be seen. The office seems disorganized and does not always follow through with requests. Too many negative experiences and my kid deserved better."

She has a great deal of experience with ASD and related issues and takes great care and time and patience with the parents and answers all of the necessary questions and knows all the ins and outs that apparent needs to know.
