"I was left a nasty message by a nurse named Wendy in regards to getting paperwork necessary for my child’s diagnosis, my son has been coming to this office since he was born and to be dismissed about the paperwork needed which she claims it’s in the basement and it’s going to take her time to find it and that she will eventually get back to me. Dr. Tasso is a wonderful doctor but the nurse Wendy truly has horrible bedside manner and it’s unfortunate. I understand not everyone loves their job especially within healthcare but being rude to someone for a job you choose to work at is beyond me. Oh and I was given several different numbers to call just to obtain documentation instead of letting me know who I would need to speak to since she is pushing me on someone else."

"Completely dismissive of my own health concerns. Showed she was rushing to get me out to the next patient by constantly cutting me off. Edit: I hope you know you were the only person I could tell my health concern to and you completely ignored me. I pray you don’t do it to someone else."

"Dr. Tasso is absolutely one of the best pediatricians I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She sees all five of my kids, four of which are boys ranging from ages 2-16 years of age. She is fun, caring and has always addressed all of my concerns. More importantly my children love her and feel completely comfortable with her."
