"My son was given his vaccinations too early, which was only caught after the state reviewed his records. This has resulted in us having to repeat vaccines to allow him to be eventually accepted into kindergarten. It is deeply disturbing and frustrating that we have to put my son through another round of vaccines unnecessarily because the entire office, from front desk to provider, missed that they were giving him his vaccines too early. This should have been caught and we should have never been allowed to schedule the visit early. Parents have enough on their plate to keep track of, as a new parent I had no idea that doing a well visit and vaccines prior to their birth date mattered. Part of your pediatrician’s job is to be aware of these things and guide their families on the correct vaccine schedule. I never want anyone to have to go through this as we did. It’s already hard holding your child for vaccines but to have to do it an extra time, because of a mistake like this, is truly sickening."

Each doctor, nurse, and staff member has greeted our family with kindness and expertise with each appointment. For example, when our son had an unknown rash, we sent a picture via email for the on-call doctor to let us know he was ok. When he had a sudden high fever, they had us come in 20 minutes later. Their response is efficient, and the love they have for what they do shines through. Highly recommend!"
