"Have been going here for 20 years and have seen Drs come and go. I currently see Dr. Velsmid who is absolutely fantastic. Even the office staff behind the counter are wonderful people. However, from a general office management perspective I must agree with other reviewers. This place is a complete mess. Two most recent experiences: received an automated appointment confirmation which I ended up cancelling through the automated call. About a week later I received a letter in the mail "scolding" me for missing my appointment and how important it is to cancel ahead of time. Uh....yeah. Today I called for access to the patient portal and am being told I need to stop into the office for that. Huh? What year is this? I'm done!"

"Yea the office staff here are a mess. I had some health forms that needed to be filled out and sent out by a certain date. I received a call from the office stating they had sent it out on the deadline, only to find out two weeks later from my school that they never received it! I called back multiple times and received promises of it being sent out that day and each time I checked back in it still wasn’t sent. I had to get blood work done and arrived to Quest to find out surprise surprise even the order once again did not get faxed out. Instead of having a specific person assigned to a patient they pass you around between 10 different staff members who are confused and don’t grasp the concept of opening the most recent telephone encounter to orient themselves so you have to reiterate your story a bunch of times. Most people seem pretty nice but there are a select few who are downright rude. In the past I’ve had issues of records “not being received” or being lost. I changed my address a few months back and yet they keep sending my confidential mail to the wrong address. Doctors here are decent, but that doesn’t really matter if the staff makes it such a hassle to do anything."

"Care has always been good but now they are closed on Saturdays. So if your child - in the span of 18 years - ever gets sick on the weekends (seems likely in that span of time that they will) - this is NOT the place for you. Instead of being available for appointments now, they take 30 minutes to get back to you (not even the Doctor but a non-staff hired Nurse to take calls) and send you to CVS Minute Clinic or the hospital emergency room. Unbelievable. Profits over people I guess....."

"I have never felt more comfortable with seeing a doctor. I see Dr. K and she is the best!! She listens to you, and doesn't make you feel rushed as well. It is also a beautiful location and easy on and off on the highway. I would highly recommend this office."

"The staff is the worst! Stay away. Far away. Really bad customer care by office personal. They make up rules as you go. Was once a great experience is now terrible. Was turned away because was healthy for 2 years and needed an appointment and was told go to "Immediate Care" because I was now a new patient. If you need any doctor don't expect to get one here. Its always something with these guys."
