"Intoxalock cares about nothing but taking your money every two weeks. They make it extremely difficult to get in contact with them! The only number that they have on their website is for new customers so there is no way for existing customers to contact them. No option to speak to a representative ANYWHERE unless you pretend you are going to install a device in your car I won’t even get in to the reimbursement I was supposed to receive for the device install… Oh and Once they get your contact info for a quote they will call call call relentlessly day and night even outside of business hours which is a violation of consumer protection laws if I’m not mistaken. All in all go with a different company, TERRIBLE customer service!!!!!"

"Very unprofessional staff Got there at 9am for my my appointment door was closed. Start work at my car toke them almost 3 hours I didn’t understand why the person that was installing the device would stop multiple time to do calibration in other cars instead of finishing his job with my car I wish I would choose other place. My advice for other people stay way from this place"
